Our priority is your health and safety, so we've taken the necessary steps to ensure you and our team are kept safe.
BEFORE YOUR VISIT
PATIENT SCREENING
Our first step is a current health survey, you'll receive an online form to be completed the day before your appointment. This form is mandatory for entry into the clinic.
TEAM SCREENING
To ensure your safety, at the beginning of each day our team will complete a full health screening. Our team will also have temperature checks at the start, midpoint and end of each day.
DURING YOUR VISIT
ARRIVAL
Our waiting room has been removed. We ask you to wait in your car or outside our front door while maintaining social distancing.
To limit points of contact, your doctor will come to get you at the time of your appointment.
Upon arrival, you will also be asked a few quick questions to verbally confirm your health status and the potential of COVID-19 contact.
PPE
The Ontario Ministry of Health recommends individuals wear a mask when social distancing isn't possible, we support this recommendation and encourage you to wear a mask for your appointment.
Our team will be equipped with a surgical mask at all times, if you'd feel more comfortable, your doctor can also wear gloves during your treatment. Gowns and face shields are on-site to be used when deemed necessary.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
WASHROOM RESTRICTIONS
We've remodelled the clinic to ensure proper social distancing between patients for your entire appointment.
Please follow our guidelines to ensure not only your safety but ours as well.
In an effort to minimize the potential for exposure, we're limiting the use of our washrooms.
Please arrive at the clinic knowing you may not have access to a washroom.
AFTER YOUR VISIT
SANITIZE
Our priority is keeping you safe, we have changed our appointment schedule to give you the same appointment length while creating enough time for our team to properly sanitize/ disinfect the clinic and treatment/ evaluation tools.
Our team will be using hand sanitizer before and after every patient encounter and PPE application/ removal. In addition to the sanitization procedures before and after patients, our entire clinic will be sanitized every hour.
Our team will have a separate set of clothing designated only for in-clinic time.
NO CONTACT PAYMENT
We will not be accepting cash payment at this time, credit/ debit or e-interact transfer are the only accepted methods of payment.
