At OPC we believe that when we go through challenging times, it's beneficial to have professional support and guidance that we don't always get from our everyday lives. 


Counselling can help with an array of problems and challenges. The focus of our sessions are based on you and what you're facing.


Your session is a time that is devoted to helping you gain clarity, further self-awareness and tools to help you in your daily life. It's a confidential and safe space to talk about you, your goals and how we can work together to further your personal development. 


Typically we structure our counselling/ psychotherapy appointments on a weekly basis. However, this is flexibleto your needs and schedule. We'll work with you to create a plan that not only serves you best but also fits in line with the other demands of your life. 

In order for you to receive the maximum benefit from sessions and enrich your experience we often suggest 'homework' between our sessions, such as: reading a book related to what we are working through, journalling or taking action and accepting responsibility for your goals.
